I create portraits that are highly detailed to bring life into each painting. Using layers and fine brush strokes of watercolour I aim to paint each piece as realistically as possible. I also offer graphite/pen drawings.
My paintings and drawings are created using the highest quality materials and archival paper. Each portrait comes mounted ready to be framed (except A2 which will come backed but not with a mount). Framing is also available if requested.

CHOOSE AND SEND PHOTOS
I always suggest providing as many high quality photos that you can source (click on image to see photo guide). However I understand in some situations it's not possible to get great photographs, like with memorial portraits, so I can work with lower quality photos if needed. You can send photos via e-mail or using the upload button below.
COMPOSITION TO COMPLETION
When I've received the photos I will make a mock composition so that you know roughly how the finished piece will look. Once the painting is complete I will send you a scan of the finished painting before taking payment. For large orders or pieces A3 and above I require a 25% deposit to secure the booking.
PAYMENT, PACKING & POSTAGE
Each portrait comes mounted ready for framing, wrapped in cellophane for protection and finished with a ribbon ready to be gifted! A certificate of authenticity is also included on the back. Framing is available if requested.
Once payment has been made I will post the commission out using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is tracked and signed. Local delivery is free to Sandbach/Crewe, for the rest of the UK/IOM it is £4.50. For delivery outside the UK I will give you a bespoke price when you get in touch.
